During my visit to Lebanon in July 2009, I met new seekers who were interested in holistic healing and spirituality while we were all sitting at Adam’s place in Lebanon, and this time it was one amongst the group who suddenly started yawning, it was not like any ordinary yawn. The yawning was nonstop, long, and the lady’s mouth was widely open, her jaws were stretched to the utmost limit in a manner that disrupted her breathing and she was like suffocating.

In the training period it is advisable to avoid eating meat, focus on vegetables and lots of fluids.  Olive oil, olives, fig, thyme, brown or dark bread, and fruits, especially bananas.

Repeat the following technique while smelling with eyes open, then close your eyes and repeat it while recording your observation.

Good place to start with is in the kitchen or the fridge. Or better still, in a field of flowers and roses.

While I was in Lebanon last year, in 2009 at Adam’s place, he received a phone call from a friend of ours asking him if he could help her friend out. Her friend had a throat issue that doctors couldn’t figure out and all they gave her was the same old painkillers. Adam agreed to meet the lady in Lebanon, and so they confirmed the date of the appointment sometime in July 2009.
