Seeing Technique

 

Repeat the following exercise by observing the objects that surrounds you and record what you see, define and describe it.

Start with seven objects and increase it as you improve.

Fix your sight at one position and gaze at it for 3 to five minutes, close your eye lids and try to visualize what you saw. This will sharpen your third eye which is located slightly above your eyes at the middle between your eyebrows

One very useful exercise is to try to follow a fly with your eyes. If you find this difficult at first, you may make a glass box, lock a fly inside it, and follow it while it is flying, after a while your eyes will get used to this, and you may repeat this in open air.

You may start with any flying insect or bird at first to make it easier upon yourself.

If you happen to ask what you would do with the fly already locked in the glass box.

Well, you may release it, or simply use your imagination.

This will eventually enable you to see the shadows and what is ordinarily invisible to the naked eye. Such as creatures of other dimension if they are in slow motion mode. They move at a much higher speed than ours. Read our about Jinn article to know more!

Do not forget to apply the breathing technique in all exercises.
