Final exercise begins with closing your eyes, organize your breath as mentioned in the breathing technique and visualize your hands.
If at first you cannot see your hands, try to move them back and forth and sidewise till your closed eyes are able to detect them, you will most probably detect them at first in black but with intensive and repeated training your closed eyes will eventually be able to detect the electromagnetic field that surrounds them, a dim beam of light that tends to grow stronger as you progress in your astral abilities.
Once you are successful in accomplishing your target, you may repeat the same exercise with the rest of your body starting with your feet.
When you have fully accomplished that and are successful in visualizing your full body you will be ready to professionally astral travel. What we mean by professionally is that you will be aware of your astral traveling which means you will be able to utilize your journey and not just astral wonder while unaware.
One may notice that Jesus is often portrait with a hail over his head, as well as saints and holy Marry, well that is because people did see the hail over those very advanced beings. This hail is the aura which is the fabric of the electromagnetic field that surrounds everything on earth.
This hail becomes more visible as one advance in his transcendental spiritual awareness.
