As many of you out there, I have believed in the existence of another dimension, sought for clearer answers and more knowledge about it.
This is my first post ever concerning my experience on astral voyage and I am glad to share it with you.
My techniques of meditation, astral travel and OBE came from what I learnt from related articles posted at Paradetect website. So, indeed they are effective (I’m talking about astral travel guide and meditation courses). I also communicate with Adam for further explanations on many issue and questions in my head related to meditation, spirituality and astral travelling.
Five days ago, during my sleeping time I saw myself in a palace stuck between two stairs, one goes up and the other goes down, yes I felt trapped between 2 stairs which u shouldn’t feel in a situation like that having two options, but it is because I astral voyaged to a place not familiar and didn’t feel secure. I was also conscious about me being outside my body, so to get out I knew I had to take an action, which provoked my first astral projection, it felt like going in a circle entering waves, seeing my road as I can recall, and arriving to my body. From that point on I became more conscious in my astral voyage and my third eye is really developing its vision. The day after, I did all my training, meditated and astral voyaged, I saw my room. Of course, for me it was a big achievement and it gave me great joy, and made me take astral travel more seriously and the instructions and guidelines I learn from Paradetect is really effective and did really help me achieve my first astral journey.
I am so happy I succeeded in my first attempt and really want to share this with all of you who share with me the same interest, and I truly hope this encourages you to continue your practice, because if I can do it then you too can.
